P7 have been lucky enough to to be selected to take part in the Belfast Giants Healthy Lifestyle programme. As part of this programme we had a visit from Mark Garside who plays defence for the Belfast Giants. He talked to us about what a healthy lifestyle involves, such as exercise, a good sleep, a balanced diet and reducing the stress in our life.
We asked very good questions at the end and Mark said we had great listening skills.We can’t wait to go to the SSE Arena to watch them play.
